Refund & Returns Policy

At Counter Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your artwork, you may return it in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

You may return your artwork within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including any original packaging where applicable. The item must be undamaged and show no signs of use, alteration, or wear.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Counter Creations cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If the artwork is returned in its original condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and approving the returned item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, faulty, or supplied in error.

Commissioned and Personalised Artwork

Commissioned, bespoke, customised, or personalised artworks are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described. Please ensure all specifications and requirements are reviewed carefully before placing an order for a custom piece.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs of the issue where possible. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly and in accordance with your statutory rights.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where these rights apply, they will take precedence over any provision of this policy.
